SHELANU (CRAFTSPACE): Music Is A Superpower! Workshop

Shelanu, meaning “belonging to us”, is a collective of migrant and refugee women working with Craftspace to develop craft skills, build confidence, and support wellbeing through creative social enterprise.
Come sit with members of the collective and celebrate the power of music as a superpower for mental health. Listening to our favourite bands can lift our spirits, and friendships formed at gigs help build communities and combat loneliness. In this gentle drop-in activity, you’re invited to decorate a keyring expressing how music makes you feel or what sparks joy for you through sound.
