“hallucinatory evocation of both noise and dance traditions, a dark tour of an industrial dreamland”Noisey

NYC duo Wetware build on the legacy of industrial music and New York’s long history of dance music fused with confrontational performance. Vocalist Roxy Farman, steals the audience’s attention immediately, using her body in tandem with her voice as a weaponised vehicle for the band’s anxiety filled performance. Matthew Morandi cut his teeth in the electronic music world through his solo tech-industrial project Jahiliyya Fields and as a member of Inhalants. Wetware’s live antics and behaviour has caused alarm amongst their local audiences, making Wetware the group to “not be missed” on any particular bill that they are allowed to take part in.
