Supersonic Kids Gigs are designed for families as a way of introducing children to experimental music – BIG sounds for little people! This show takes place as a Live Stream on Zoom, so you can join us for some Kids Gig fun from the comfort of home.
This is an extra special Supersonic Kids Gig as part of ‘In the Mix‘ – a festival for young foodies and creative thinkers created by Sandwell Cultural Education Partnership.
So you guessed it, this Kids Gig edition is all about… FOOD! So we’ve invited Brum-based artist Ben Sadler (from Juneau Projects) to sing some songs about all the delicious and nutritious treats we like to eat. Expect interaction, creative covers and a musical vegetable or two.
He’ll be raiding his daughter’s dressing-up box of wigs, tin foil and tracksuit tops to create bonkers covers of some well known songs – this time with a twist! From Snoop Dog to Abba, Ben will be performing some hilarious food themed covers for this virtual Kids Gig.
So get your ticket and join Ben & Anna for a virtual boogie and another healthy dose experimental disco fun. There’s limited capacity, so book early to avoid disappointment. Food themed fancy dress is optional but always encouraged!
Recommended for children under 10.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
