On Sunday, join artist, musician, and sound practitioner AHRKH (A P Macarte of Gnod/Golden Ratio Frequencies/NTS Radio) for a restorative Sound Bath designed to trance you out into the cosmic realms of relaxation and then zone you back into the final day of the festival.
For this special Supersonic Sound bath, AHRKH will combine both traditional instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, and percussion, as well as contemporary electronics including modular synth and vocal loops, to bring you into a deep altered state of relaxation and to experience a completely personal inner journey.
A P Macarte is perhaps best known by Supersonic enthusiasts for pummelling our senses into oblivion as bass player, drummer and multi-instrumentalist in GNOD or for his longstanding hypno-transcendental monthly radio show Golden Ratio Frequencies on NTS Radio. Building upon this storied musical career, and having trained extensively in 1:1 Sound Therapy, Macarte now combines his intuitive knowledge and expertise in the realm of trance-inducing sounds with his unique off-kilter flavour to connect with people through gentle, yet powerfully transportive sound healing experiences.
