Returning to the festival after last year’s deeply immersive session, AHRKH (A P Macarte of Gnod / Golden Ratio Frequencies / NTS Radio) invites you once again to recalibrate body, mind and spirit through deep vibrations and sonic meditation. Taking place on Sunday 26th April in the Dome at the Zellig Building, this year’s Sound Bath unfolds in a brighter, more open space at the heart of the festival. Come get horizontal with us in this luminous setting and prepare to be dropped into the deep end of oscillating zones and carried out on the sound of shimmering gongs and drones. We promise to gently return you born anew…clear-headed and resonant…to the final day of festivities. Detox to retox, anyone?

For this special Supersonic Sound Bath, AHRKH blends traditional instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and percussion, with contemporary electronics including modular synth, vocal loops, and subsonic frequencies. The result is a rich field of resonant tones, drones, and subtle pulses designed to guide you into hypnogogic states of rest and reflection, where each listener follows a completely personal inner journey.

AHRKH will be familiar to many Supersonic audiences as a core member of GNOD and as the host of the long-running Golden Ratio Frequencies show on NTS Radio. His specialised training in 1:1 sound therapy combined with decades of experience as a touring musician informs a deeply intuitive approach to trance-inducing sound. Drawing together ritual intensity and gentle immersion, his Sound Bath sessions offer a transportive and grounding encounter with vibration and space.
