Eastside Projects

SOLD OUT

Do.omyoga (Kamellia Sara) returns to Supersonic bringing together music and movement with stillness to create an immersive meditation.

On Saturday join Kamellia Sara at Eastside projects under the Monsters head at Eastside projects for a very special session soundtracked LIVE from the mighty H E N G E! Through music, reach a higher state of consciousness as you are taken on an inner and outer journey in meditation, pranayama breathing and asana to end in deep relaxation – setting you up for the weekend fun ahead.

London based H E N G E have been frying brains for the last 7 years with their psychedelic doom with a view. Dense, spiralling and intense, H E N G E plough through a sun-rotted landscape of aching hearts and rust covered hallucinations. Their oppressive faltering groove is slow burning and digs deep. Like a harrowing vision quest or the collapse of a distant star, H E N G E  mean it. Potent and deeply unpredictable prepare to have your body and mind bend into new shapes and dimensions.

DO.OMYOGA is very immersive and deeply connecting Yoga practice. Equal focus is placed on Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Philosophy, Mantra and Music. Using ‘Nada Yoga’ meaning “Union through sound” an ancient Indian system and science of inner transformation.  Described in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika as one of the most powerful tools and meditation technique to calm the mind through the use of music and sound to connect to higher states of consciousness.  The practice is slow and steady paced restorative session where ‘active’ moving postures are balanced with ‘passive’ still postures encouraging deep listening and a holistic approach.

Suitable for all levels, especially beginners.
