Do.omyoga (Kamellia Sara) returns to Supersonic bringing together music and movement with stillness to create an immersive meditation.

The whole of creation, including humanity, is sound and music in solid form. Everything in nature consists of vibrations. The body is our instrument and it must be played drawing out maximum harmony and resonance with nature.

Join Do.omyoga for a short, light passive yoga session to open up the body in preparation to receive the sound. Then all you need to do is lie back and be washed in a sea of vibration as the session leads into a sound healing gong bath. The results? Deep relaxation that will soothe you into Sunday of Supersonic.

A gong bath is a powerful sonic form of meditation enabling deep relaxation. They act as an excellent remedy for stress-related issues, depression, fatigue, addictions, anger and hostility, feelings of fear, separation and loneliness along with many other conditions related to the lack of balance and harmony in the body. The vibrations from the gongs assist the release of emotional and energy blockages in the body and stimulate deep healing on a cellular level.

The gong slows the brainwaves, inducing a dreamlike state and opening us up to take an inner journey where our sense of time dissipates and we are left to simply ‘be’ and vibrate with the gong. This is the state where the body heals and rejuvenates and where higher states of consciousness can heal and transform.

Suitable for all levels, especially beginners.
