Do.omyoga invites you to experience an immersive event combining guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle stretches to prepare your body and mind for a transformative journey into sound. Lie back and let the waves of sound carry you into a state of oneness, merging with the ocean of cosmic resonance.
Do.omyoga is the exploration and awareness of the self through sound. Kamellia Sara the creative force behind Do.omyoga plays with her energetic sensitivities, Yogic knowledge and experience to hold space, create sonic landscapes and live performance exploring the delicate interplay between sound and silence.
Through her compositions and collaborations with artists, that usually melds the sacred vibrations of Sanskrit mantra, the hypnotic primal tones of drone music, the pulsating energy of electronic music, the intense depths of doom metal, and the ethereal textures of ambient music, the ancient practice of Nada Yoga is made accessible to a broader audience. The music acts as a sonic anchor, grounding the mind and facilitating a deep, immersive meditation, helping to synchronize your inner rhythm with the natural flow of nature and your true nature – Peace. As sound fills the space, it draws attention outward, while silence turns the focus inward, creating a balanced and holistic journey toward the centre of the self-awareness . A transformative journey that transcends ordinary sensory experiences and taps into the subtle vibrations that connect us all and the profound connection between sound, music and consciousness. Music is meditation, music is medicine. Music has the power to evoke emotions, It’s more than just sound; it’s the universal language of the heart, the link between us all. It is true eternity and the very core of our being, all of humanity is music in solid form. Mass meditation fosters a sense of community and connection, strengthening social bonds and fostering a sense of belonging. The shared experience of meditation can promote collective healing.
Accessible to all. Yoga is for everybody.
