Deerhoof speak in a secret code in which hooks abound, genre is nonexistent, and magic ever awaits us.

The fiercely DIY band have been producing avant-garde carnivals since their humble beginnings as an obscure San Francisco noise act. They’ve become one of indie music’s most influential bands with their ecstatic and unruly take on pop where Satomi Matsuzaki plays bass and sings, Greg Saunier plays drums, John Dieterich and Ed Rodriguez play guitars. They’ll be bringing their joyous Deerhoofian nuggets of melodic, harmonic, and rhythmic gold to the Supersonic Stage and we cannot wait.
