We’re chuffed to be back with a new series of the Supersonic Podcast as part our celebrations for International Women’s Day!

 

As Supersonic was founded and is led by womxn, one of our key aims is to be an inspiring space where womxn, trans and non-binary artists who are creating extraordinary new music are celebrated and recognised. So this podcast will do just that, with an absolute stonker of a programme coming your way, ft. Gazelle Twin, Lone Taxidermist, Moor Mother & Valentina Magaletti.

And don’t forget on Saturday 13^th March we are hosting a whole day of celebrations for International Women’s Day 2021. ALL are welcome to join us for an array of online events that celebrate the incredible Womxn artists we champion in our Supersonic line-ups all year round.

 

 

We’re over the moon that our headline event will be Cosey Fanni Tutti, the acclaimed musician/performance artist, in conversation with actress & writer Maxine Peake. This will stream alongside a brand new series called Iconic Sonics – where you can expect wild interpretations and creative covers of pop royalty presented by Lone Taxidermist, Godspeed You! Peter Andre, Conny Prantera, Blóm, Blue Ruth & Sofa King.

 

During the daytime we have two participatory events; you can get involved and get creative with a joyously interactive drawing workshop from Old Bort Designs aka Emily Doyle. And join Do.omyoga as they return to Supersonic to harness the divine feminine energy of Shakti within you.

 

We’re offering an all day bundle ticket for £15.00 which gets you into all the events, or you can purchase tickets separately and we’ll be donating 25% of all ticket sales to RSVP, the Rape & Sexual Violence Project.
